Project Overview
MediConnect is a full-featured telehealth platform that enables video consultations, appointment scheduling, prescription management, and secure messaging between patients and healthcare providers.
The Challenge
Building a healthcare platform that meets strict HIPAA and GDPR compliance requirements while providing a seamless user experience across web and mobile devices.
Our Solution
We developed a monolithic Laravel application with Inertia.js for the web frontend, backed by end-to-end encryption, audit logging, and role-based access control. WebRTC powered the video consultation feature.
The Results
MediConnect now serves 50,000+ patients monthly with a 4.8/5 user satisfaction rating. Average appointment booking time reduced from 15 minutes to under 2 minutes.
