Project Overview
NexaCloud needed a centralized dashboard to monitor their clients' infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure. We built a real-time monitoring platform with intelligent alerting and automated incident response.
The Challenge
Aggregating metrics from three major cloud providers into a single, real-time dashboard with intelligent alerting that reduces false positives and automates common incident responses.
Our Solution
We built a data pipeline using Laravel for the API and orchestration layer, with Prometheus and Grafana for metrics collection. Custom ML models detect anomalies and trigger automated remediation playbooks.
The Results
Mean time to detection (MTTD) reduced by 75%, false positive alerts reduced by 90%, and automated remediation handles 60% of common incidents without human intervention.
