Project Overview
Brandify had 12 product teams building separate products with inconsistent designs. We created a unified design system with a shared component library that brought visual consistency and dramatically reduced frontend development time.
The Challenge
Unifying the design language across 12 independent product teams while maintaining flexibility for each team's unique requirements and ensuring adoption across the organization.
Our Solution
We designed a token-based design system with Tailwind CSS at its core, built a Vue.js component library with Storybook documentation, and created migration guides for each team's existing codebase.
The Results
Frontend development velocity increased by 35% across all teams, design consistency scores improved from 42% to 96%, and the component library now has 200+ actively used components.
